Dr. Gulfisha Maru

BHMS · Classical Homœopath, IACH Greece · Founder of Aayat

Background

Eight years of case-taking, most of it by hand

Dr. Maru graduated BHMS from Ahmedabad Homeopathic Medical College in Bopal in 2018, after a year of clinical internship in its outpatient and inpatient wards. The three years that followed were spent as assistant physician at Shah Homeopathic Clinic, taking cases, working the repertory, and following patients through treatment rather than seeing them once and moving on.

In 2020 she completed the diploma in classical Homœopathy at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Greece, under the mentorship of Prof. George Vithoulkas. That training shapes the practice still: one remedy at a time, chosen on the totality of the case, and reviewed with care before it is changed.

A patient unwell for years cannot be known in a hurry. Classical Homœopathy asks for time, and we give it.

Aayat opened in July 2021 in the City Gate building. Since then she has cared for more than 1,999 patients, conducted nine community health camps, and offered fifteen public wellness programmes across the city. She continues to attend IACH webinars each year, and completed the academy's postgraduate courses in Strategies of Prescribing and Organon in 2025.

How we work

Four principles we keep

One case at a time

The remedy follows your case, not the diagnosis written on your file.

Gentle by principle

The smallest effective dose, and nothing added without a reason you will hear plainly.

Building resilience

We work toward fewer episodes over time, not merely a quiet fortnight.

Spoken plainly

What is likely, what is not, and how long the work may take. No promises of a cure.

Inside the clinic

A quiet room for careful listening
